The prestigious Four Nations Championship rolled into the Welsh valleys this weekend and made quite the noise.

Four Nations is an annual event which sees the best MMA athletes from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales pitted against each other in a battle to show who has the best MMA athletes in the UK.

I was fortunate to be in attendance at the Ebbw Vale Sports Centre with Combat Sports UK and catch up with four gold medalists.
