Four Nations is an annual event which sees the best MMA athletes from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales pitted against each other in a battle to show who has the best MMA athletes in the UK.
I was fortunate to be in attendance at the Ebbw Vale Sports Centre with Combat Sports UK and catch up with four gold medalists.
